*pam miller band update*

Hi everybody!

This year's Rehoboth Jazz Festival is just days away. Here's the latest update:

The Pam Miller Band will be back for performances at the Cultured Pearl on October 16 and 17 with shows starting both nights at 7pm and continuing through the evening, including a late walk-in show at 11pm for those of you coming from the convention center concerts. (I'm also considering a Sunday afternoon acoustic jazzfest show; more details to follow).

This year we've assembled a truly world class band just for the festival. And every show will be unique!

On guitar we're pleased to welcome back Pete Bozick. Pete has several of his own CDs out and is a solid, in demand performer that brings a hip funk-rock influence to our music.
Check out Pete's web site: www.myspace.com/petebozick

New this year we're privileged to have Dennis Michaels playing bass. Dennis has toured the country performing with too many top names to list here.
Have a look at Dennis' web site: www.myspace.com/dennismichaelsbass

By now you know our other core members Dean Haemel (drums) and Jim Miller (trumpet and flugelhorn).

Dean's drumming web site is www.deanhaemel.com
Jim's trumpet web site is www.trpt.com

Plus we'll also have Joe Genovese from Washington DC (tenor sax) as our special recurring guest.

The Cultured Pearl is now located at 301 Rehoboth Avenue. Call 302-227-8493 for reservations. The early shows are nearly sold out! When you make your reservation make sure you specify that you are coming for the music so you'll be seated appropriately. You won't need a reservation for the late shows - just drop in for drinks and great music.
